Capsule Cleaning and Sorting

In addition to cleaning machines, we also carry a line of capsule sorting machines. Two of our main models are the CPT Sortfast and the CPT Sortfast II. Both machines offer incredible features that can't be beat. The CPT Sortfast is capable of sorting up to 120,000 capsules. During the sorting process, it is able to remove empty, separated, and under-weight capsules. The Sortfast offers a list of modern features, such as a hard anodized aluminum body, stainless steel contact parts, and an adjustable angle ejection chute. This tablet sorting model is also very easy to disassemble. You can take it apart into three sections in less than 60 seconds, which also makes it very easy to clean. The Sortfast unit can be placed on the discharge of a capsule polisher, filling machine, or it can be used as a solo machine.

The Sortfast II is another great design, which is both practical and modern. It features an all stainless steel body, acrylic or stainless enclosures with safety interlocks, and variable vibratory speeds. In addition, the Sortfast II is equipped with three recovery containers, three discharge chutes, and an HP main drive system.
