2003 Maschinpex Visiomat IV Semi-automatic Vision Inspection Station used for visual inspection of ampoules, carpoules, vials, infusion bottles and syringes. Currently set up with tooling for 5, 15, 30 and 100ml vials. Includes automatic infeed conveyor and starwheel, dual lane outfeed starwheel with reject and collection tables. Continuous and intermittent operation modes with adjustable, light brightness, cycle time and quanitity, left to right feed. All stainless steel construction. Siemens Simatic Panel HMI.
