FRICTION - CapPlus Technologies has reduced the lower friction of the moving parts of the medicine pump which allows higher RPM's. We use low friction shaft seals and improved bearings

TEMPERATURE AND WEB THICKNESS - Our spreader boxes are constructed of aluminum with stainless steel inserts which transfer heat more efficiently

TEMPERATURE AND EVEN FORMING SURFACE - Self contained, waterless design provides for more efficient chilling. Our chilling drums are hand-ground on the shaft for even more precision

TEMPERATURE AND DWELL TIME - Our injection wedges are constructed of teflon coated aluminum to facilitate rapid and even heat transfer to the ribbon without sticking. Our wedges contain twice as many heater bars as competitive designs. Our wedges are wider allowing for earlier heating of the ribbon enabling form, fill and seal functions faster

RATE OF EVAPORATION - Larger tumble dryers allows the use of fewer dryers and a smaller footprint area
